      Pros

      Lots of good people. But don't get too attached, they come and go like the wind.

      Cons

      Cutbacks keep piling on the workload while people come and go like a revolving door. Only upper management stays on in a cliquey environment where they only talk to themselves or their favorites, which by the way you've got to be to get anywhere, and then you don't even need to be particularly smart or earn your way up.

      Pros

      Working Monday- friday. 401k. They have raffles for employees and give turkey and ham for the holidays. Family day is also nice.

      Cons

      Last minute overtime required. No room for advancement. Only look out for there kind ( nationally) are who they like, everyone else is on there own. Over all not a good company to work for if you wanted to be treated fair. Management is even no good.

      The company really cares about their employees. They plan events and promote a collaborative environment. Randa is growing rapidly and is one of the best companies that you have never heard about.
