If you get the right team, you have the opportunity to succeed. Easy to feel the camaraderie because no one enjoys what they do.

Cons

-Majority of teams are poorly managed. -Can't say they actually care about you as a person. More of just a cog in the machine. -If you're not in the clique, you're not safe. -Always scrounging for new business opportunities even though the ones they have are mismanaged. -Overall toxic environment that stifles creative spirits and prevents people from wanting to give 110%.

This is a company with many people who have been around for a long time and have kept the growth and direction of the business moving in a positive direction. There is a sense of family, while also demonstrating a culture of hard work and success, which is very appealing. Each division and office has its own culture and the company as a whole is taking many steps to drive not only the business forward but also the culture and employee experience. From sustainability efforts to employee events and rolling out the new company mission and values, employees from all levels are included and provided a voice at the table to continue moving the culture forward.

Cons

Understandably, this is a company that has been in an extended period of growth and in some areas, little things that would have a big impact on employee culture are sometimes the hardest to see a change like a policy around working remote or a more modern approach to dress code.
