Always too many politics, poor management, poor leadership... Their actions speak louder than their words. Oh, and as a salaried employee you get to do this bS work in the stores on Black Friday. It's basically "intelligence gathering" followed by a corporate wide conference call to discuss what people saw whilst watching consumer buying in store. Not one actionable piece of work was the result of Black Friday forced shopping. It seems to only stroke the tiny egos of upper management. Oh, and only 2 weeks paid vacation for the fist FIVE YEARS. Then you get 3 for the rest of your career.

Work can become repetitive. I feel like there should be more company gatherings or they should be more fun. Allot of young people work at Randa so they should think of things that appealing to them.
