Pros
Decent and competitive pay, large desk, small but decent gym across the street.
Cons
Company culture makes a healthy work-life balance very difficult. A very rigid schedule is enforced, no flexibility to work at home even when the work that is done is on a computer the entire day, sick/vacation time is comparable but still not great, culture is cut-throat where coworkers have no hesitance throwing each other under the bus for their personal benefit, and living a healthy active lifestyle integrated into work seems to grind against the expected way of the work culture. The job is largely sitting at a computer for 40 hours a week.
