      Pros

      They found a job for me rather quickly, unlike Cornerstone, who not only promised a job that wasn't there, but would not find a job for me in the field that I specifically requested!

      Cons

      It would be nice to get a drug test the day I showed up to fill out the paperwork, instead of weeks later! I had nothing to worry about, but I did have to use up gas...something my income can't afford right now.

      Pros

      Energetic and driven team. Randstad is a recognizable brand. The marketing machine is quite efficient.

      Cons

      Unachievable targets with no support or training. I firmly believe that you need to set your employees up for success from the very beginning and give then the necessary tools and training to succeed. A lot of aggressive cold calling involved but no reward for success. You are promoted for who you are friends at head office with and not what you achieve. Very high turn over rate. High stress with little reward.
