Pros

Randstad has the flattest org chart ive ever seen. Its got a great culture - work hard, party hard, big bonuses for working hard. you get exposed to lots of different people, different jobs, different companies. great learning experience

Cons

tough job. always alot going on, you definitely need to know how to prioritize, multitask, and handle stress well. you also need constant drive to excel

Pros

The company is professional in many areas and not afraid to invest. They believe in internal promotions. The industry is maturing and the company is following.

Cons

There are no real cons. Perhaps you need to be willing to work in a sales-culture, as that is the main part of recruitment company. There are no big assets like factories or supply chains.

Cons

A shell of what it once was; watered down and homogenized thanks to it's acquirers from Europe; weak leaders with questionable ethics; no longer the powerhouse it was in previous incarnations
