      Pros

      I was hired by Randstad on site for the Vanguard Group. Everyone was really helpful. I had some tax issues and the HR team was quick to fix them.

      Cons

      The benefits are not good and they did not offer any PTOs while I was there. You lost your entire pay for the day if you took any time off.

      Pros

      Very relaxed environment , we are given a lot of resources to succeed. Recruiting director gives us the freedom to recruit in the way we are most comfortable with and does not micromanage how we produce results. Everyone in the office gets along well, we go on group outings, and the company continues to grow and do better. Our office in particular is the fastest growing office in the company so there is a lot of opportunity to make money in commission. Leadership is flexible in allowing remote work when life happens and support us in our goals. I've worked in a couple of staffing environments and Randstad Technologies is far and away the best I've been a part of.

      Cons

      While our ATS does house a large portion of the employee workforce, we do not have direct access to some of the resume databases so there are some candidates that we'll never be able to reach.
