Pros

Job was fine while it lasted. Pay was alright.

Cons

Horrible benefits. Constant layoffs. Laid off twice in two years. Management says everything is good, then lays off 15 people. Insurance horribly expensive Terrible workplace morale

Pros

Randstad is an amazing company with many great individuals. You won't find a single hostile internal employee, and many of the teams and branches are willing to work and grow with you. My current boss is incredible, and she goes above and beyond for the team. The corporate ladder is easy to climb, especially if you put forth the effort. Nothing goes unnoticed at this company, and if you're willing to work you will move up.

Cons

Staffing as a whole is an extremely difficult industry, and therefore it is very stressful. With as large of a company as this you will run into applicants that are angry, you will encounter technical errors, there will be slow and difficult periods, yet there will be extremely fast and busy periods.
