It has been decent, although advancement is very limited

Pros

Recruiters are available to help you however they can. But for the most part you get the job you get and there isn't much they can do to help you advance.

Cons

It is contract employment and your contract can be cut at any time. Even if you've done a great job, you can find yourself unemployed for reasons out of your control. There isn't much room for advancement in your contracted position unless you are very lucky.

Great training, lots of work space, employee discount

Cons

Was let go without any warning. Wasn't able to take a normal break the first week because of learning the system.
