Pros

Continuious work for minimum wage. Will never be without a job as they will find you something to keep you working.

Cons

The company just recently revoked "Holiday Pay". Most of the positions that they offer are only minimum wage. Most issues have to go through the main office, its a 1 800 number and it's very hard to reach someone in a short period of time. Sometimes wait is 30 minutes or longer. After my 90 days I didn't receive any insurance information and was told to call the main office.

Pros

Best of both worlds--relatively small operating companies where in which can get to know everyone and have direct access to management, backed and supported by a very large, multi-billion dollar corporation. State-of-the-art technology tools and a good, responsive tech support dept when there are problems, combined with a willingness to change technologies when the advantages are there to do so, make the job easier.

Cons

Honestly can't think anything specific, unless you are not very computer savvy or not comfortable adapting new technologies, as this company is very technology driven. (Which I think is a good thing.)

Pros

Salary is higher than many staffing companies. Good reputation in market.

Cons

Micromanaged, high pressure. Live and die by metrics. Management takes no time out to get to know subordinates, their motivation, or desired career path. Company leads by fear. The environment is highly competitive. Conference calls consist of embarrassment in front of peers to induce higher performance. The higher ups are out of touch with no sense of reality, only numbers.
