      Pros

      Amazing work culture, great work life balance. Fair and understanding management team. Team focused, positive work environment. The organization promotes from within.

      Cons

      As complex as they try to market the service offerings of Randstad, at the end of the day, it's a staffing firm. The industry is quickly being viewed as a commodity and most customers are seeking resources for the lowest price as quickly as possible, with a willingness to sacrifice on quality. Randstad's approach is a quality, speed and price model. Talent is excellent and available, but generally at a premium price.

      Pros

      Quick job placement and very professional. Offers benefits, which is rare for an employment agency. Company is also located in several states. The Alpharetta, GA location is very dedicated to its employees and works hard to lessen breaks in between contracts.

      Cons

      Some of the locations in smaller cities do not get back with you in a timely manner. The Columbus, GA office is unprofessional and never called me back and does not do a good job of answering the phone. Salaries are middle to low compared to other agencies.

      The only pro is that there is a check at the end of the week.

      Cons

      Placement is terrible, they put you in whatever pops up first Management does not discipline which ends up rewarding the multiple employees who do not even come close to making goal and are in it for what they call, "Free money." Supervisors input incorrect data on daily and weekly reports to show everything being at 100% Favoritism, discrimination and more! I brought forth my concerns about ethical issues and customers being at risk, I was told that if I was unhappy to resign from my assignment!
