Pros
I have had numerous roles in the company over the years. The company has accommodated my growth and some personal family circumstances. I was promoted very quickly after starting in a staffing position - I raised my hand for a promotion and was considered for a management role based on my performance and the leadership skills my manager had worked on with me.
Cons
Every company goes through changes these days - we have had our share of change but things seem to be settling in.
