Pros

A good first job. You gain a lot of experience, but the grass is definitely greener after you use this experience to find a better job.

Cons

They work you to the bone here. No work life balance. Managers do not take advice. Nothing is ever good enough. Regardless of how well you're doing, they always penalize you for what you're lacking. Extremely high turnover ratio. If you decide to work here, ask around the office to see how much tenure everyone has. You can tell it's a bad office or the manager is a bad one if everyone below her has no tenure.

Pros

I learned a ton here. It was a good first job - I found out about what I like in a manager, position, and environment. I learned about the different kinds of positions out there in placing candidates as well.

Cons

You are worked to the bone - there is barely any work/life balance. Expectations are near unreachable.

Pros

Working at Randstad you get to learn a lot and work with some awesome people. They commission plan is very good even though the base salaries are on the low side.

Cons

Minimal work/life balance. New recruiters to the company tend to get higher base salaries than recruiters who have been there for a couple of years. There is a lot of inequality when it comes to base salaries. KPI's tend to mean more than deals which can be frustrating. This company is a revolving door when it comes to their employees and you are looked at as just another number. You have to kill it the first 6 months to get the proper training that will help you grow your career.
