This company is poorly managed. Everything is micromanged no matter what your position is within the company. The problem is they hire people right out college who have no management experience and then promote them into managers. They waste more time have meetings about what you aren't doing right vs praising the good things that employees are doing. Every task is micromanged to the core. There is no work/life balance. Lunch time is not something that you will receive here. If you like being treated like a child and not a professional/adult then this is the right place for you. They set unattainable, unrealistic goals and when you don't acheive them, they will threaten your job. This company appreciates very little that you do for them. It's always about the next big sell. There is high turnover because of the poor management and micromanagement.

It is recruiting, you are trying to sell human capital which is very hard to do because it is not a sure product. Someone you think is going to jump on an opportunity may change their mind over night and you are left with no deal.
