      Good coworkers but terrible turnover, so that’s more or less irrelevant

      Cons

      The leadership in the DC office is atrocious. Shallow, rude, unintelligent and self serving. I found their management style to be more in line with a caddy high school bully than a team oriented professional. I cannot emphasize enough how little respect the employees in the DC office have for management. In addition, there is a live to work mentality perpetuated by upper management. Unless you live and breathe the job you do not earn an ounce of respect. The office culture is very toxic.

      A paycheck if you need a job.

      You are a number on a spreadsheet and most of what you do will go unnoticed by people that actually make the important decisions. Staffing is hard and this is the wrong place to be if you're looking to work hard and be successful. There are many other companies that will afford you the ability for a long term career, appreciate and better reward your efforts.

      Great to work for if you are young. I worked as a temp for 3 straight years with same employer who gave me several performance bonuses.

      Cons

      I am in my 50s now and get the brush off. I have 2 Masters degrees and solid work history with great references. I was out of work last year and decided to apply to Randstad in Athens, GA. Applied for numerous assignments but constantly blown off despite having experience. Good references, solid work history, education, experience and a outstanding track record with Randstad from several years ago. The only thing that stands out is my age.
