Pros
Great training, competitive pay, Mon-Fri schedule during the day. Outside sales calls allows you to get out of the office. Great place to work while looking for another job.
Cons
Open office environment with no privacy for interviews or phone calls, work is never good enough, entire day and week is micro-managed. Balancing the duties of both hiring and finding companies to place employees is extremely difficult. Each role is full-time alone but Randstad has you do both all week. Daily report cards tracking each persons activities makes a group effort impossible. Creates a dog-eat-dog environment. You will burn out fast. My entire team left the company shortly after a year or less.
