Pros

Paid weekly. Easy to submit time sheets electronically.

Cons

Could careless if you do not get paid. Your hourly rate is about $8 less than what company pays them. they do not listen to any concerns you may have about current job assignment. Will keep you there as long as you are dumb enough to put up with their lies. More concerned with finding companies to hire them rather than find a company for you to work that fits your qualifications.

Pros

Good training, decent base salary, and a nice mix of leadership and autonomy. Nice people to work with. Learned a lot about IT recrutiing.

Cons

My office lacked good leadership, and account management was lop-sided so recruiters were all working on the same roles for weeks. Long ramp-up time to even start earning decent commission. Never worked so hard and went backwards in pay (after 6 month non-recoverable draw ended).

Pros

The salary is competitive if you negotiate. My health benefits are good and I work from home. Those are great perks but.....they came with many trade-offs. I recommend the company for someone that needs to gain experience working with external customers or if you just need steady employment. If you have ambition and want growth, it is not the place.

Cons

The trade-offs..... I have never had a performance evaluation from my mgr. I don't get incentives for outstanding performance....no rewards and recognition even when clients send kudos. I was informed they are starting a rewards and recognition program in the future. There is no training and development to keep employees engaged, only an online CBT program which leaves much to be desired. The vacation policy needs to be improved. New hires get 2 weeks vacation and that doesn't increase until your 5 yr anniversary. If you support a dedicated external account, the positions are dead end positions until either your assignment ends or you resign. There is no retention policy to keep their top performers challenged by moving them from account to account. Therefore, I'm ready to move on.
