      Only pro is the ability to work remotely.

      They do not respond in a timely manner. I was IGNORED for an entire week when I reached out about the hiring company not recognizing my employee ID. Was not paid for days and hours worked in a timely manner.

      Top immigration team is good. But Immigration analyst whoever assigned to you , they do not know anything about immigration such as visa, LCA or extension

      Most of the recruiters are from non-technical backgrounds. They do not know how to talk to the candidate. Usually talk in rude, unprofessional. They are not actively searching for any project. Even though they have many projects in charlotte, 365 days says single answer that no project in charlotte or check-in Randstad career portal. If they ask any questions on visa expiration, never care about your status. When first time comes to Randstad, they will find project. After that , they will not find project for you. Sometime, they will give only one project for interview, if you do not pass the interview , they inform to management that they actively searched the project but candidate profile is not selected. Overall , Randstad is a good company but recruiter are spoiling Randstad name
