Unstable organization restructures at a minimum of twice a year. They recruit people for one job then quickly change directions and place them into another role and you only have two choices; to accept it or leave. They spend recklessly trying to build their own CRM solutions (five years in) in addition to purchasing other technologies that are ridiculously unnecessary and nice to have, then tell their employees that the 1% raise was generous. There is little to zero alignment between executive leadership across most departments, politics run high and bad-mouthing is the norm.
