      Visa sponsorship. Documentation. Staffing company

      Cons

      Poor employee benefits, very poor leave policies. Most of the policies are in favor of employer and not employees.

      Pros

      A very generous commission structure.

      Cons

      There is an incredible lack of structure as a whole. There is a great deal of turnover as well, which creates a cycle for Senior Recruiters of continually absorbing the consultants from former employees that have moved on or been let go. Those that have gained favor from Sr. leadership will inevitably be very well paid eventually, whether they actually have a knack for recruiting or not.
