Terrible company. I would encourage you to take my advice and DO NOT work here. Worked as a recruiter for a year. They talked about me getting a promotion/raise every time I talked with my manager. After 8 months I changed roles per a request made by management and never was given a promotion or raise after I changed roles. I was patient as they told me I would be rewarded in the future. Fast forward a few months later and the VP/HR called me to tell me I was laid off and it had nothing to do with my performance. They love to talk about how the company is built on empathy but do not believe them. Not to mention their pay isn’t great and their insurance/benefits are terrible. They don’t care about their employees and please hear me when I tell you that you should look elsewhere.

compensation, communication between the contractors and the office staff is practically null. No followup with office staff on issues, no benefits for contractors after a year, high health insurance costs.
