      Pros

      Competitive salary, benefits, 401k match. Plenty of OT hours for hourly workforce. Management is top notch and actually tries to improve processes. Safety is stressed throughout the company.

      Cons

      There is a bit of separation between different business regions. Harder than most companies to establish change across the company.

      Cons

      Managers with power struggles Little to no communication Favoritism promoting unnecessary competition HR doesn't follow Corp. Workforce Guidelines when it comes to EEOC rules and further investigation was put in place.
