Glassdoor is prompting me to write a pro about ranger energy services. Quite frankly it is a steppingstone job there is no room for advancement you’re treated very poorly from your supervisors if you need anything done when it comes to the mechanic side expect nothing to be fixed and to be told yes it was fixed. When it comes to wages if you get on the proper schedule where you don’t have any weekend off whatsoever and work nights you’ll make a fair wage but aside from that it’s no different than any other driving gig as far as wages. Still looking for pros the only way I see a pro is........... well I got nothing I tried there’s no pros to be given as far as I’m concerned.
Cons
Oh I reach the con Portion of this review feel free to look under the pros on what I’ve just talked about aside from that I’m not going to get rude it just wasn’t a good fit for myself
Competitive salary, benefits, 401k match.
Plenty of OT hours for hourly workforce.
Management is top notch and actually tries to improve processes.
Safety is stressed throughout the company.
Cons
There is a bit of separation between different business regions. Harder than most companies to establish change across the company.
