      Great people to work with, on the same level as you. Everyone above you will look down on you unless you bend the knee and kiss their ring.

      Cons

      Nepotism, Lying, non-competitive wages, un safe working conditions, unpaid on call labor. Expect to be on call 24/7 with threat of loosing you job if you don't come in within 5 minutes of being called
