      Pros

      Free snacks, no one cares how much or how little you get done.

      Cons

      roof leaks, regularly over 80 degrees on the factory floor, insane micromanagement from COO, ants in the soda fountain, upward mobility is non existent, most employees are from a retail or customer service background with no technical expertise.

      It's difficult finding engineering work on the central coast. They treat their people well here and the salary is competitive if you factor in the lower cost of living compared to LA/SF

      Cons

      They only make one type of product so there isn't a variety of things to work on.
