      Other Enterprise Level Cloud Companies Do It Better.

      Pros

      The pay is acceptable and the benefits are pretty good. The onsite gym is an A tier gym. Great co workers who love spreading knowledge over hoarding it. Decent Coffee.

      Cons

      The biggest complaint from me and everyone else is going to be an unequal and punitive return to office mandate. Managers work from home and workers work in office but only workers get punished for not being in the office. Its just hypocritical and upper management refuses to recon with it. The company is extremely micro managy. Management constantly asks for input but ignores you or punishes you for giving it (god forbid we automate anything). We are on of fourteen VMware partners and no one knows anything about current VMware. The company in general feels directionless. We are just eating big COXs money. Merit raises do not exist.

      Nobody is listening

      Pros

      It used to be a dynamic, interesting place to work where we were able to help customers solve IT issues.

      Cons

      Frankly management is Orwellian. The constant repetition of lies and half truths, the pounding of the propaganda. Self styled "Leaders" who manage by dictate. They have tons of 'anonymous' surveys but we aren't stupid, everybody knows the surveys can be traced back, so the only results management gets are the results from people who wish to be promoted. Mostly Sales. This is a sales lead organization, and it doesn't matter if a solution is not technically feasible or if there is a better way, if sales says to do it we must.

      1. Room for growth 2. Great leadership and teammates. The RS Culture is ALL IN and a great place to be a part of. 3. Exciting projects that challenge and inspire. 4. A dynamic environment that encourages innovation and collaboration.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con 1. Early motions make it challenging to communicate internally with different CRM's. 2. It is exciting and every feels like Day 1. Which I love.
