Pros

Raptor has a good pulse on where the industry is trending and being a thought leader in the safety and security space. The school safety suite is robust and recognized as best in class.

Cons

Any company experiencing rapid growth will experience growing pangs. Leadership is aware of weak areas and works to address them in a collaborative way.

Pros

The people and culture are top notch and so is the product. Very welcoming and inviting. The Raptor Way brings the company together and makes you want to be in the office every day. Lots of great perks working in the office and in a great location.

Cons

Parking but there's a new spot set to open soon.

Pros

Gained a lot of respect for CEO and HR after having a buttoned-down response to the epidemic. The management and futurist approach to product is also the main reason I continue to love every day at this place, be it remote or on-site. Great mission, too.

Cons

Commute, but that may be a moot issue if WFH policy is strong.
