It fostered an environment of innovation and collaboration. However, in recent years, there has been a noticeable decline. Many of the benefits that made the company appealing, such as free lunches, bonuses, and remote work options, have been eliminated. Management has shifted its focus to cost-cutting and strict oversight, leading to an atmosphere of distrust toward employees. There is a rigid performance review system. Employees with bad performance scores are fired. Taking too much vacation can also result in low scoring. This has created a culture where people prioritize looking good over genuine collaboration. Poor project management has resulted in overwhelming workloads for engineers, and unpaid overtime has become an expectation rather than an exception. As a result, many of the company’s top talents have already left.
