Pros

Nothing i can think of

Cons

No learning environment. No career progression. Very few people who knows what's happening and they'll be busy most of the time, so you're just sitting there not knowing what to do. No good management. No benefits. No work from home. Burnout / Not enough people in any team. Talented engineers are leaving constantly. No clear direction on where the company is moving forward. Bad work culture. There is high chance the good reviews are from the management itself.

Pros

Rapyuta still has exciting technology and potential.

Cons

Rapyuta was once a fantastic company, offering great benefits and a high degree of freedom for engineers to work on cutting-edge technology. It fostered an environment of innovation and collaboration. However, in recent years, there has been a noticeable decline. Many of the benefits that made the company appealing, such as free lunches, bonuses, and remote work options, have been eliminated. Management has shifted its focus to cost-cutting and strict oversight, leading to an atmosphere of distrust toward employees. There is a rigid performance review system. Employees with bad performance scores are fired. Taking too much vacation can also result in low scoring. This has created a culture where people prioritize looking good over genuine collaboration. Poor project management has resulted in overwhelming workloads for engineers, and unpaid overtime has become an expectation rather than an exception. As a result, many of the company’s top talents have already left.

Pros

Making engineering visa, doing relocation.

Cons

Lack of product and people management culture, silently firing people to stay afloat.
