Pros

Great company that invests in people. They try to help everyone be successful. We have each other's back when things go sideways. Great benefits. We get into some cool projects.

Cons

This isn't your normal 9 to 5. We have customers that need service in emergencies and they call us and we go. Sometimes that is a sacrifice.
