Pros
Nice break room with snacks (when it’s stocked at least). Next door to Austin Beerworks. Had a fantastic culture before the merger with autopay happened. I’m fact, I’m pretty sure RG isn’t even a company now. HaD great room for growth!
Cons
Absolutely 0 communication skills with this company. I feel that they throw people to the wolves and expect them to just “ask help from peers who know more” (actual quote from an HR lady, AND those peers got the same bad training the rest of the company got). Sneaky layoffs and done extremely poorly. Leadership is absolutely awful in my opinion, I’m sure it’s worse now that they lost Ryan Yeakley who was the one holding the teams together. Lots of office drama and gossip. You can’t say anything without someone twisting your words. I feel like the CEOs bought out rategenius to wring us dry, take the things they liked from us, and close us down.
