Fantastic place to start your sales career. Solid pay, decent benefits and teaches you a high quality work ethic; promote from within.

Cons

We did so well, we were bought out... Not as much of a con but more of an observation. Things change when a company is bought out; it's inevitable and that's the phase rateGenius is in. Pay for employees typically decreases during that time. This isn't new, it happens all across the country. Just understand this if you're employed or will be employed by RG. My con would be some of the decision making. It doesn't appear they plan to continue with a refinance model or a similar credit union model. It appears they're going to full automation over time (looking at the CEO's prior companies) and I can't imagine most credit unions want a 3rd party having an almost fully automated system, even with lower fees.

Thank you for your feedback; I always appreciate here the thoughts or current and past employees. I do want to state the we intend to keep the human contact with our customers during the lending process. We are developing technology to help our people to be more efficient; our loans require personal interaction due to the dynamics and there is no plan to remove the loan officer from the business model.
