Great Opportunity

Pros

The company provides an environment that rewards hard work and integrity. The pace is pretty quick and for those of us that love competitive environments, you won't find a better place to work . I wouldn't have ever thought I'd find a job that has tremendous financial opportunity, while providing an outstanding team environment that offers a product that saves consumers money.

Cons

An adequate pace is difficult to maintain, but the support of my team always gets me through the day.

Pros

Great team with no egos. Team morale gets down as with any job, but it's hard to stay down. It's a great group of people with a great vision for the future.

Cons

Very fast paced, lots of moving parts. Only a con if you don't work well in fast environments.

Pros

This is the first sales position I've ever worked where the money the tell you you can make I'm your interview is real. Uncapped commissions and new spiffs for cash/gift cards/TVs/etc almost every single day! The opportunity for advancement is huge, in fact they ENCOURAGE advancement as much as they can. Currently they are providing a "leadership in training" program for free to train current LOs on what it takes to advance into management. What kind of company encourages their top performers to move into a non sales position and lose all of that revenue? The type of company that is looking to the future, the type of company that cares about their employees and the type of company that any ambitious individual would love to work for. This is a SALES position so people complaining about being "pushed" should seek a new type of profession. We aren't pushed, we are driven to be better than we thought we could be. We are encouraged to succeed. We are surrounded by people looking to help us accomplish our goals. Leads are free and just about endless. On almost every single Monday we get anywhere from 12-22 new WARM leads. Absolutely ZERO cold calling!!! Overall I look forward to coming in every day and I look forward to my future with RateGenius.

Cons

Department to department communications are extremely lacking. Growing pains of course but many folks don't seem to have a hood grasp on what each others respectful positions to each other are. Often tasks are "swept under the rug" thinking another will pick up the slack. Specifically the communication between sales underwriting titles and fulfillment.
