Great company but laid off most of their employees because of a merger.

Pros

Was a very calm and friendly environment, everyone could ask questions and there was always room for growth.

Cons

50% of the company was laid off with little to no explanation and was given a one-day notice. With never experiencing unemployment, they were no help with resources and least to say the severance pay was little to nothing.
