-always busy -constantly changing - Great Product -great company reputation - Great people -most of the managers are cool and have done well as Loan officers, most are extremely helpful -opportunity to make alot of $
Cons
- always negative talks and meetings constantly talking about how behind everyone is and how were not performing high enough, even when most people work 10-12 hours a day rarely take lunches or breaks. -100% Commission -Coming in early for training 2-3 days a week, over and above the 10-12 hour workday ahead.
