- Pay was low - Customer service work was draining and unrewarding. Not necessarily the fault of the company.

Our culture is extremely important to us and we work hard to provide office events to celebrate big and small holidays, volunteer opportunities with team mates, various give-a-ways, Company wide monthly huddles and much more. I would appreciate hearing what you think is missing? As with most direct sales positions, we offer a small base, but the commission upside allows our producers to earn 6 figures and it is not capped. We do have people earning 6 figures, so it is achievable.

I do feel as if I were apart of apart of a great team and the morale was awesome. Management was extremely flexible and understanding.

Cons

The pay definitely could have been better, that was my main concern.
