Was good for a while. Had opportunity with uncapped commissions.

There was a buy out and commissions were cut by a lot.

The sales team has a lot of cool people and managers.

Cons

The company had undergone a lot of change including the pay structure. You have to work much harder to make less money. Some of that is due to the industry right now with interest rates on the rise but they went to a volume based commission structure at the same time it was getting more difficult to get good leads. The benefits are also not great. There is little time off and the 401k is a joke. My first month on the floor 25% of the sales floor quit and went to a competitor.
