$ you can make pretty decent money there. You don't have to wear slacks. They pay for drinks at company events

Cons

Sweat shop. 6 hours talk time a day. 120+ phone calls. Small office with not enough bathrooms. Work Saturdays.

A good step stool job to have if in college or getting through some stuff.

Awesome CEO and president of the company. The VP is honest and straight forward with you never cutting corners. Love that.

Cons

The managers. There are some managers that should not be managers. I don't know how they got the job but they need to go through some heavy training to become better managers. Most managers hire there friends and family and exclude the whole team out of important information or just a work environment

None after the merger. It went downhill fast.

Cons

- constant layoffs - poor management - toxic culture It's 3 companies put together so if you and another person get separate loan requests you have the ability to undercut the other. This place was better with Ryan Yeakley. Back then they actually cared about their employees. After the merger everyone was left in survival mode not knowing when you were going to be let go.
