Change not always great

Pros

Good vacation time plus more hours the longer you stay

Cons

The company started off great with it being small it did start off like a whole family base meaning everyone got along and even when the pay is not as good as other companies everyone stayed and liked it but this year there was a merger and the president of the company as we were told he decided to look at something else and left the company after that people started quitting or were let go not just from customer service but also senior positions overall the company was mark one of the top places to work but with in a small amount of time that changed overall I don't think its one of the best places to work anymore

I appreciate your feedback and we have experienced a year of change due to new ownership. Change is often a natural part of business when a company is successful; as it becomes valuable and investors want to be part of the current and future success. The goal is to continue to manage through this change, as we are unable to go back to the past. I appreciate your comments and my goal is to retain our tenured employees and have them be part of the future; even though it will feel different. I was excited that in November 2018 we were once again named a Best Places to work; this is voted on my the employees and through a mechanism to rate all businesses in Austin; so we are making strides as we move forward.

Pros

Opportunity, entrepreneurial feel, career development, personal growth, benefits, free warm leads, vast lender network to customize loan structures, challenging and fast-paced environment, daily/weekly/monthly spiffs, supportive team environment with strong camaraderie, no commission caps, lax dress code, countless company sponsored events and parties, free food almost daily, 6 figure potential to educate and give money to your customers! This place is an absolute gem! I have never worked with (or heard of) a company so focused on its employees' success. There is a genuine want for every last person to not only succeed, but develop and thrive. Training/coaching is the highest priority for all management from the top down, and the result is undeniable! Over the past few years we've experienced some major expansion and growth as a company. The growth isn't stopping anytime soon either! My dreams of finding a "home" where my needs were met, dreams realized, and potential tapped has been found. I'm growing with RG and I foresee a very bright future for all coming along for the ride!

Cons

Challenging and fast-paced, so not for everyone.

Pros

Good company to work for. Fair treatment of employees. Nice pay. Nice office. Good group of people.

Cons

Pay can be low in certain areas. Can be demanding forwards end of the month. Overall good place to earn income.
