Pros
Relaxed, small company feel. Cool people. Low pressure. Professionals working with professionals. Free downtown parking. I came in with a suspicious mind after reading the Glassdoor reviews. Plus, I had heard directly from people who had worked here. I kept a keen eye out for signs of trouble, but it's been smooth sailing so far. My first day in particular was smooth. What impressed me was, as soon as I showed up I was given a bus pass, and key fob. That was immediately followed by account credentials...that actually worked! I was publishing code that day. That's never happened before. Usually, it takes two weeks, or up to 60 days in one case. That level of organization was very impressive.
Cons
No gym, or dedicated break room. There's a lounge area, stocked fridges, and some snack food. I can't always choose the tech stack. DevOps is still just an idea.
