Wide variety of work in cutting edge technologies for some of the biggest names in the industry. Good focus on work/life balance. Great team of very talented engineers.

Cons

Consulting is a volatile field and not for everyone. Benefits and salary are closer to the middle of the industry spectrum.

Pros

Pioneer square, Macs everywhere, diverse projects and awesome team of people building solutions.

Cons

Salaries are somewhat below the top payers in the area, things like PTO etc are not well managed by the company, creating opportunity for confusion, dissappointment. Ditto for the non-existent adherence to expected employee performance review schedules" Sometimes we lose promising or high performing team members to the pace of things, and the gaps in process that allow for stressful releases and projects.
