It's a good company with flaws

Pros

Great people, varied work.The work-life balance is really great. There's is an awareness of the fact that working more than 40 hours for an extended period of time not being viable in the type of work they do.

Cons

Certain C-levels can be a bit bully-ish in meetings or when they don't get what they want. The location is not great, there are homeless people everywhere and the building sucks. The pay is far from competitive, which is compensated by not overworking employees.

Pros

People, culture, diversity of projects. I feel cared for and respected.

Cons

Salary is on the median side of things, but is a fair trade for the flexibility I've been given in getting my job done. My commute kind of sucks, obviously this one varies wildly by individual employee.
