      Pros

      The development stack is good. Work pace is not intense. No hours over 40 per week in the 3 years that I've been an employee. There is a variety of interesting things to work on and you can request things that you prefer. Management treats the employees with respect and always shows gratitude towards employees.

      Cons

      Companies in our industry have more personal time.

      The people are the best part : Supportive , passionate and very helpful. Everyone is willing to collaborate and give assistance whenever needed. Flexibility and fun loving environment. Good technical challenges, there are a lot of opportunities to grow. Great work atmosphere. Good work/life balance. Overall, Rational Enterprise is a wonderful place to work.

      Employees get new laptops. Curent product is developed using cutting-edge technologies. Development team is small and close. No micromanagement.

      Cons

      Not many; security is lax, no dress code if you consider those cons.
