      Small software dev company with potential

      Pros

      Depending on the position, you have the ability to learn a ton and expand your skill set. Bagel Thursdays were pretty awesome. Current CTO is very personable about issues and does what he can to keep people happy. Easy to get to know everyone there (only 50 or so employees)

      Cons

      Long term planning needed work. IT Infrastructure was approaching limits and needed some investment (work in progress last i knew) Communication of major decisions could be hasty and last minute, making for a stressful time when new deadlines were suddenly fast approaching.

      Pros

      You get a paycheck for how ever long it lasts. 4 weeks paid vacation if you don't get fired one day before it starts.

      Cons

      You constantly have to be searching for a new job. 1). You find out you don't like this job. You look for new job. 2). You like this job. Too bad your fired! You look for new job.

      Pros

      The company and product has potential but I don't think it will ever be realized.

      Cons

      I worked there for over a year and saw things go from bad to worse. Unreasonable expectations, no long term planning, low morale, high turn over.
