It's blatantly clear this is a first job for many of the employees and it shows. If you're looking for professionalism, you'll find none at this company. They low ball all the software programmers and pay top dollar to upper management who're clueless as to how to run a software company. They outsource the original software to an Indian firm and then expect a bunch of under paid USA software developers to clean up the code on an unrealistic time-frame. You will not learn anything about good programming from this company. The team has adapted to unacceptable programming practices and upper management is unprofessional.
Management released a product without it being ready (and without proper security), a management team with half a brain wouldn't release alpha code to a paying customer.
You're better off skipping this company and finding a company using programming standards and that has proper management.
