Solid company with an excellent operational history. Slow and steady has been the mantra for many decades.

Cons

The same 'slow and steady' that has made them stable, is eating away the infrastructure. Many 'old timers' dictate technology decisions with too conservative a view. "Service First" can be taken too far when it jeopardizes security or functionality of the core systems that make the business run.
