The company is trying to change the IT culture. Good benefits for VP plus. Some good leaders at the very top. Some that need to see the org and adjust to the leader RJ has become. Become a leader in Tampa bay!!

Cons

There are too many tactical, naysayers to foster the change. Many who think appeasing leaders is the way to go. Come into the future, to stay abreast of change, trends, great place to work.

Great work life balance & fun office culture. Most people of the organization have a good sense of humor. Schedule flexibility is a huge bonus, as long as you're willing to work hard with your team.

Cons

Support from HR is questionable when you have serious staff issues, I feel like they try to ignore the problem or let things "sort out on their own." Some of the management forget that having people work through the holidays/7 days a week/20 hours a day will eventually cause a burnout and low office morale.
