Pros

Great work environment & great people to work with. Overall the atmosphere in the company is great. Teams get at least a remote day.

Cons

Nothing major as of right now. The company has listened to employees & provided help with getting off-hours support. Others have complained of being on-call but that's just part of the plan

Pros

The culture is very good. some areas can be more micromanaged than others, but overall, very good. Pay is competitive Benefits are good, retirement benefits a bit underrated because 401k match is not great but other incentives are On site cafeteria LOTS of different areas of the firm to move into. They basically have almost all business units, and they are all large (human resources, marketing, IT, Legal, Operations, Sales, etc)

Cons

Pay is competitive but maybe a bit below peers Seems like they are always concerned with controlling costs 1st It is growing and with that come some of the characteristics of the larger companies (it is a Fortune 500 company now)

Pros

If you want to become an FA, the people are generally welcoming, but make sure you choose a branch where the people there fit your personality. This branch did not fit mine, so it wasn't a great match.

Cons

This particular branch had nice enough people, but they were stuck in their habits and were not willing (or possibly weren't able to from regional or HQ orders) to change with the times. There was a lot of pushback from upper management. There was little to no company culture, and as usual, female assistants were undervalued. I saw a male assistant getting bonuses from his FA every time he tied his shoes (an exaggeration, but he got quite a few bonuses), and then female assistants who had multiple children were scrounging for an end-of-the-year bonus. I'm not sure if the execs were being greedy with the flexible part of the budget or if budgets were slashed by national higher ups, but it's not a good situation for women at this company unless you push to become an FA and fight for your standing.
