      The job itself is very insightful. The work isn't extremely difficult, it's actually very manageable and fun.

      Cons

      Since we work as a branch office, sometimes the home office has issues that affect our productivity which can be frustrating.

      Retirement Plan Services gives you the ability to learn more than the financial advisors with regard to retirement plan rules & regulations. Other departments within the firm are treated to better bonuses & aren't micro-managed.

      Cons

      Monotonous desk jobs in RPS that no one else in the organization wants and very, rarely leads to better opportunity. The department always has to hire from outside because other RJ associates know how RPS is micro-managed & monthly evaluations are filled with criticism and are highly subjective.
