      Pros

      Everyone in my complex and back office (so far) is knowledgeable and willing to actually help. Unmatched technology and training, unlike any other firm I've seen. Excellent incentives and resources for career advancement and personal development. Small enough to easily reach different areas of back office like branch support, client accounts and technology.

      Cons

      Will definitely add as they come up. Typical office politics but nothing to do with RJF as a company.
