      Pros

      Friendly. Pretty good back office.

      Cons

      Managers are under qualified. Lots of them have no college ed so they never leave. Pay is low for staff which limits quality. RJ wants all advisers to do wrap accounts that are poor investments, expensive for clients, and good for the company.

      Pros

      Very intelligent, confident, and sharp employees. You will be using Microsoft Office everyday and will become proficient with the tools.

      Cons

      Not an open environment, almost intimidating. Everyone seemed to look out only for themselves. Too much gossip around office. No formal internship training.
